I was ambitious and perfectionist from a very young age. I strived, and took on everything, and pushed myself so hard until I eventually couldn't manage the stress and pressures of my own life. My first reaction was to think that I was broken. After years of being hard on myself with not much to show for it, I’d finally had enough. During my years of practicing and teaching yoga, I slowly discovered and adopted a gentler, kinder, and more flexible path. And so can you!
