HEY THERE, new friend.
Whether you're a busy mom, a talented creative, a freelancer, a solopreneur, a small business owner, or anything in between.
I help modern ambitious & driven women, to sustainably thrive in all areas of life (not just one), despite the hustle, stress and pressure of modern-day chaos.
I felt like a big-ass failure, ashamed, lost and broken.
In fact, over the last decade, I went from being a frustrated, impatient, self-doubting, failure-averse, and body-hating, ice-cream-emotional-eater to a kale-loving, health nut, blissed-out yoga teacher, entrepreneur and coach. (Still love ice cream btw.)
For so long, I thought I was broken and numbed my distress with ice-cream, but I was bound to burn out by design.
At the age of 27, I hit rock bottom. A massive quarter-life crisis if you will (didn’t call it that at the time). See, I was completely burned out.
Actually, I had completed the trifecta of misery: out of a job (that I quit, due to my obvious burn out and dissatisfaction), out of a relationship of 7 years (got dumped, probs cause I was no longer myself), and therefore out of a home (yeah we shared it + had no more income).
With support, I slowly came out of my depression and saw life through a new lens. My own true desires. It felt like that brain-exploding emoji.
Things started to change: I made some of my dreams come true, like traveling the world, living abroad, and choosing simplicity and freedom over toxic hustle, and a conventional lifestyle.
I also knew that if I wanted to have the life of my dreams (flexible, healthy, fun and adventurous), I would have to start my own business. You know what I mean, you’ve probably started yours for similar reasons : freedom, flexible schedule to be present for your kiddies or loved ones, time to travel, or work out, better finances, etc.
I didn’t understand why at first. I was doing exactly what I was supposed to do: study, work hard, get good grades, be nice, start a career, find love and carry on. I was on the path to a happy life, right?!
Wrong, so, so wrong.
Even though, my life seemed great, I was frustrated, envious and always feeling 3-steps behind others, competitive, numbing myself with ice-cream and cookies, and ultimately very unhappy.
For the 1st time, I was following an unknown, unmapped path, but it was my own. It felt exhilarating even if I still had many things to figure out.
Something in the way I was living was obviously not working for me.
You & I, we are not broken, or lazy, or just not cut out to be ambitious. We need to change the status quo on hustle culture, and create new supportive paradigms for a happy & successful life.
Turns out I had Lyme disease.
My healing journey continued and I started shifting into a healthier life. I got lots of support around this: coaches, naturopaths, books, therapy, trainings & certifications, and I discovered that I loved learning about all this wellness stuff. It’s amazing how healthier decisions impact your whole life.
Fast-forward to a few years later when I became a yoga teacher and started my yoga teaching side-hustle. By then, I was a complete health nut, enrolling my partner, friends and family into a healthier lifestyle.
It was a big blow because it was seriously messing with my ability to perform.
See, I had based my whole self-worth on my capacity to perform and be productive (as most high-achievers do), which is also why I hated my body: I just couldn’t control her and make her shrink into some standard I blindly followed. (Nevermind, that she had worked quite well up until that point).
Today, I can say that I'm happy, stronger than ever and confident. Truly.
However, as I was just getting started, I hit a new hurdle (or blessing): I was feeling sick, on and off, and honestly thought I was going cray-zy.
But launching a business is stressful, and there I was getting carried away, overwhelmed and doing too much again. Symptoms of burn out were starting to creep up on me once more.
However, this time I had the tools: I noticed it before it was too late, I took action and bounced back with more ease. Through my healing journey, my knowledge and my spiritual practices, I had developed resilience.
The number one thing that I learned and that helped me on and off the mat was adopting flexibility. As a mindset and a lifestyle.
And now I'm here to help you do the same.
The thing is I’m not special. I learned and tried and tested a lot along the way and now I’m here to help you achieve a sustainable life and success on your own terms with my proven framework.
Do you feel like the business you started to have more time, more freedom, more flexibility is actually keeping you trapped and stealing that life away from you?
Are you snapping at the people you love, trying to micromanage everything under the sun, while simultaneously creating a wedge between you and them?
And are you ready to transform and reclaim your power, step back into your light, to reignite your passion, feel energized and believe in a joyful life again?
Are you living with a pit in your stomach, a heaviness in the chest, a racing mind, paralyzing self-doubts, the anxiety of another day to get through or generally feeling uninspired?
Do you want to end the toxic treadmill of never ending to-dos, stress and overwhelm?
Do you feel like you're constantly hustling, grinding and pushing but have little to show for it?
